- Nature of Services
Beetle provides confidential HR consulting for employees. Services include guidance, documentation support, communication drafting, and strategy related to workplace situations.
Beetle does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Legal interpretation
- Legal representation
- Employer or HR contact
- Advocacy in formal processes
All decisions about your workplace situation remain your responsibility.
- Confidentiality
Information you share with Beetle is handled with care and kept confidential. Beetle does not contact your employer, HR, or any third party.
However, confidentiality has limits:
- Beetle may be required to comply with lawful requests (e.g., court orders).
- Beetle cannot guarantee the security of information sent from work devices or work email accounts.
- You are encouraged to use a personal device and personal email for your privacy.
- Client Responsibilities
By using Beetle’s services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information to the best of your ability
- Use personal devices and personal email for communication
- Attend scheduled sessions on time
- Communicate scheduling changes at least 24 hours in advance
- Maintain respectful communication
- Payment & Billing
- All services are invoiced after intake review
- Payment is required before scheduling
- Monthly services must be paid before the first session of each month
- No refunds are issued once a session has occurred
- Missed or late‑cancelled sessions may require a new invoice to reschedule
- No Guarantees
Beetle cannot guarantee outcomes related to your workplace situation. HR decisions, employer actions, and organizational processes are outside Beetle’s control.
Beetle provides guidance, not results.
