Foundation Session 

A focused, 45‑minute confidential consultation for clarity and direction

Purpose

This is the “I need to talk this through” session. It’s ideal for early concerns, confusion, or preparing for a conversation with HR or a manager.

What Happens During the Session

  • Clarification of the issue together
  • Identify the goals
  • Outline risks and considerations
  • Explaination of how HR typically handles situations 
  • Immediate next steps are provided
  • Help with preparing for a meeting or email

What Clients Should Bring (If Available)

Nothing, but if you have it, it helps:

  • Recent emails related to the issue
  • Notes from meetings
  • Performance reviews
  • Policies they’re confused about
  • Any documentation they’ve already started

What Clients Receive After the Session

  • A short written summary
  • Optional scripts or talking points
  • A list of recommended next steps
  • Optional upgrade to Shield Strategy if needed

Boundaries / Considerations

  • No document editing in this tier
  • No long‑term support
  • No employer contact
  • No legal advice

Shield Strategy

A deeper, 60 - 75-minute structured session for complex or sensitive situations.

What Happens During the Session

  • Review of the situation in detail 
  • Analyze documentations and/or emails
  • Identify risks and possible HR responses
  • Discuss rights and responsibilities
  • Draft or refine communication (emails, scripts, statements)
  • Create a step‑by‑step strategy for the next 1–3 weeks

What Clients Should Bring (If Available)

  • Emails from HR or their manager
  • Performance improvement plans
  • Written warnings
  • Accommodation requests or medical notes
  • Notes from meetings
  • Screenshots or timelines
  • Relevant policies (attendance, conduct, performance, etc.)

What Clients Receive After the Session

  • A detailed written summary
  • Drafted or refined email/script
  • A short-term strategy plan
  • Documentation recommendations
  • Optional check‑in (paid add‑on)

Boundaries / Considerations

  • HR or the employer will not be contacted
  • Legal letters are not provided
  • Laws are not interpreted —  HR processes are explained 
  • Confidentiality and neutrality are maintained 

Ongoing Ally

Typically, 4 - 8 weeks, depending on the situation of continued support as the employee moves through a multi‑step HR process.

This is for employees who need a steady, confidential partner over time — especially in regulated industries where processes are slow and documentation matters.

What Happens During the Engagement

  • Regular check‑ins
  • Document review and refinement
  • Strategy adjustments as the situation evolves
  • Preparation for meetings or hearings
  • Communication drafting
  • Emotional support + clarity
  • Tracking timelines and next steps

What Clients Should Bring (If Available)

  • All documents related to the issue
  • Updated emails or meeting notes
  • Any new HR communication
  • Their own notes or timeline
  • Policies or procedures they’re navigating

What Clients Receive Throughout

  • Priority scheduling
  • Ongoing document support
  • Updated scripts and communication
  • A living strategy plan
  • A confidential space to process and plan

  • The employer will not be contacted
  • Employer meetings are not attended with the client
  • No legal representation is provided
  • A supportive, strategic, HR‑informed role is maintained
