What is Beetle?

Beetle is a confidential HR consulting service for employees who need clarity, strategy, and support while navigating workplace challenges. It’s a private, judgment‑free space to understand what’s happening and plan your next steps.

What are some examples of Beetle support?

Ex. 1:If a client recently had a corrective action meeting — including being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan — with their manager or HR, Beetle provides support through the Foundation Session tier. This session includes reviewing and clarifying the issue together, identifying the client’s goals, outlining key considerations, explaining how HR typically handles similar situations, discussing immediate next steps, and offering support in preparing for any upcoming meetings or emails.

 

Ex. 2: If a client is suspended for an alleged violation of the employer’s anti‑discrimination policy, Beetle provides confidential, strategic support through the Shield Strategy tier. This includes helping the client understand what the suspension means, reviewing the employer’s communication, preparing a safe and professional response, outlining what to expect during the investigation, and creating a documentation plan to protect their record. Clients leave with clarity, a communication strategy, and a grounded plan for next steps.

Ex. 3: If a client has been experienincing a challenging work environment (micro-manager, miscommunication, misunderstanting, lack of support, unrealistic expectations based on agreed upon job duties...). Work credidability and reputation are at risk. The Ongoing Ally tier is recommended. This service provides regular check‑ins up to 8 weeks, document review and refinement, strategy adjustments as the situation evolves, preparation for meetings or hearings, communication drafting, emotional support + clarity and tracking timelines and next steps.

 

 

 

Who provides the consulting at Beetle?

All services are delivered by an HRCI‑certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). This advanced credential reflects deep expertise in HR strategy, compliance, investigations, and employee relations. To protect client confidentiality and maintain a neutral, safe space, Beetle does not publish personal founder information.

Beetle supports employees across regulated and high‑stakes industries, including, but not limited to; government contracting, healthcare, government, education, transportation, energy, finance, nonprofits, and tech.

How do I get started?

You can begin by completing the confidential intake form. Once reviewed, you’ll receive an invoice for the service that best fits your situation. After payment, your session will be scheduled.

Do I need to know exactly what’s going on before reaching out?

No. Many clients come to Beetle feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure how to describe their situation. You don’t need perfect wording — just a starting point.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Your information is handled with care and is never shared with your employer, HR, coworkers, or any third party.
You remain in full control of your story.

Do you contact my employer or HR?

No. Beetle never contacts your employer, HR, or anyone involved in your situation. All communication stays between you and Beetle.

Should I use my work email or work device?

No. For your privacy, always use a personal email and personal device.

What if my personal device has company software or BYOD apps installed?

Devices with employer‑installed security tools or BYOD management apps may not be private. Even if you own the device, your employer may have access to activity or data.
For your safety, use a device that is not connected to your employer in any way.

Can I stay anonymous?

Yes. You may use initials or a preferred name. You choose what to share and when.

Why aren't prices listed on the website?

Beetle works with employees facing a wide range of situations — from quick clarity questions to complex, multi‑step HR processes. Because every situation is different, pricing is shared privately after reviewing your intake form.

This protects your confidentiality and ensures you receive a quote that reflects the level of support you actually need, not a one‑size‑fits‑all number.

How do I find out the cost of a session?

After you complete the confidential intake form, Beetle reviews your situation and sends a private email outlining:

  • the recommended service tier
  • what’s included
  • the exact price
  • next steps for scheduling

There is no obligation to book a session after receiving your quote. 

What if I paid for a session and need more support?

Beetle’s services are offered on a per‑session basis, with each session focused on the specific issue you’re facing. Our consultants are skilled at identifying the core concern — including how it may be viewed by the employer — so you can make the most of your time.
Beetle stays committed to supporting your case through to a resolution. If a new issue comes up or your situation changes, you can schedule another session at the standard rate so we can continue working with you.
