1. Not a Substitute for Legal Advice

Beetle does not provide legal advice, legal interpretation, or legal representation.
Any information shared during sessions is for informational and strategic purposes only.
Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for legal questions, rights, or decisions.

 

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Workplace situations involve many factors outside Beetle’s control, including employer decisions, HR processes, and organizational policies.
Beetle cannot guarantee any specific outcome, result, or resolution.

All decisions made by the client are their own responsibility.

 

3. Use of Personal Devices

For your privacy and safety, clients are strongly encouraged to use:

• a personal email, not a work email
• a personal device, not a work computer or phone

• Personal devices enrolled in employer BYOD programs or containing employer-installed software may be subject to monitoring.

  Beetle cannot guarantee confidentiality on devices managed or monitored by your employer. Clients are encouraged to use an unmanaged personal device for all communication.

Using employer‑owned systems or may compromise confidentiality.

 

4. Document Sharing

Clients choose what to share.
Beetle reviews documents only for consulting purposes and does not store or distribute them outside the consulting relationship.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they do not violate employer policies when sharing documents.

 

5. Emotional and Psychological Safety

Beetle provides strategic HR support, not mental health counseling or crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing emotional distress, burnout, or a mental health emergency, please contact a qualified mental health professional or local emergency services.

 

6. Urgent or High‑Risk Situations

Beetle will make every effort to respond promptly, but immediate or emergency response cannot be guaranteed.
Clients facing urgent deadlines, investigations, or safety concerns should take appropriate steps to protect themselves, including seeking legal counsel or emergency assistance when needed.

 

7. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for:

• decisions made based on consulting guidance
• communication with their employer
• actions taken in their workplace
• understanding their own workplace policies
